Unlock the power of deep rest, healing, and transformation through Sacred Rest: Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, a Yoga Alliance–approved Continuing Education (CEU) program.

Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep”—is a guided practice rooted in ancient yogic philosophy that induces a state of conscious rest. It activates the body’s natural healing mechanisms, supports emotional regulation, and promotes nervous system balance. Modern research confirms its profound benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and enhanced well-being.

Designed for yoga teachers, healers, wellness practitioners, and dedicated students alike, this comprehensive training offers an in-depth exploration of Yoga Nidra. Over the course of two thoughtfully paced weekends, you’ll experience a blend of lecture, guided practice, somatic exploration, and practical teaching labs. The break between weekends allows time for integration and personal reflection.

Through script development workshops, interactive exercises, and peer-led teaching practicums, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to lead impactful Yoga Nidra sessions—whether for classes, private clients, or your own healing.

This training is inclusive and accessible to all levels. Whether you're expanding your offerings or seeking personal transformation, this journey offers a profound foundation in both the science and soul of rest.

Meet your Teacher

Born and raised in Mexico, Ursula Pascua grew up immersed in spirituality and mysticism. After immigrating to California and graduating college, she took a group meditation class that sparked a deep and lasting connection to the path of Yoga. What began as curiosity quickly became a way of life—helping her heal from a difficult childhood and restore her body after years of competitive running.

A devoted practitioner since 2008 and teacher since 2019, Ursula has been profoundly shaped by her studies in Vedic philosophy, trauma-informed practices, somatics, the mind-body connection, and energy healing. She is passionate about helping others cultivate personal Yogic practices that bring clarity, balance, and intention to everyday life.

In 2020, she tried Yoga Nidra for the first time—and it became a pivotal turning point in her healing journey. Through its deeply restorative states and access to the subconscious, she experienced transformation on emotional, physical, and energetic levels. Inspired by its impact, she became certified to teach Yoga Nidra and has since shared the practice through immersive workshops, personalized one-on-one sessions, and guided recordings designed to support deep rest, inner healing, and self-reconnection.

In 2024, after years of dedicated practice and teaching, Ursula became a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), allowing her to formally offer advanced training and continuing education to yoga teachers and wellness professionals seeking deeper study and embodiment.
