Living Altar: a sacred mentorship
Six months to connect to your body, clear your lineage, restore your energy and begin living in sacred alignment with who you really are.
You have done the work. Therapy, yoga classes and weekend retreats. You know the language of healing and still something beneath the surface has remained untouched.
Patterns that cannot be solved through insight alone. This mentorship is for the depth beneath the coping. The place where healing stops being conceptual and becomes embodied. There is a deeper layer waiting to be met.
Living Altar
A six-month sacred mentorship opening on the Summer Solstice and closing at the Winter Solstice - structured around the new and full moons, designed to heal at the root level of body, breath, energy, ancestral roots and sacred rhythm.
Real healing, the kind that alters the way you inhabit your life, is rarely born from a single session, a breakthrough moment or the endless accumulation of knowledge. It cannot be reached through the mind alone, nor through practices that ask every soul to move in the same rhythm.
It unfolds slowly through the body. Through devotion to small and steady moments. Through learning when to soften, when to pause and when to rest rather than force.
It happens when you stop fighting the rhythms of your own nature and begin moving with them instead. When you stop treating healing as something to achieve and begin experiencing it as something to receive.
This is ancient wisdom. Long before modern wellness began repackaging healing into performance and productivity, ancient traditions understood that the body is not a problem to be solved. It is a sacred system with its own laws, its own seasons, and its own capacity for restoration when given the conditions to return to balance.
Living Altar is those conditions.
Living Altar works through all five bodies, alongside the wisdom of nature and your own energetic blueprint, over six months of deep and sustainable transformation with space to integrate, soften and rest rather than rush.
The physical body: your nervous system, breath, posture, vitality and relationship to rest.
The subtle body: your chakras, prana, energetic field, and capacity to receive, hold and release.
The emotional body: your patterns, inner child, self-worth, and relationship to your own voice.
The ancestral body: inherited burdens, unseen loyalties, and what was never yours to carry.
The cosmic body: the rhythms of the moon and planets, and the ancient understanding that healing deepens when we move in right relationship with time itself.
My name is Ursula
I did not arrive to this work through theory alone. I arrived here through profound grief, trauma, disconnection, cultural transition, survival and the long journey of returning to myself.
I was born and raised in Mexico, in a culture where spirituality is woven into daily life, ancestral memory and resilience live quietly beneath even the most ordinary moments.
Through a painful childhood, it was the mysticism of my roots that held me. Prayer. Presence. The unseen understanding that there is something sacred beneath suffering.
Long before I had language for healing, I knew what it meant to leave myself in order to survive.
The practices I teach are not concepts I borrowed. They are the same practices that helped me reclaim my voice, regulate my nervous system, reconnect to my body, restore my relationship with spirit and rebuild my life from the inside out.
My work weaves together Yoga, somatics, nervous system healing, Family Constellations, Reiki, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, Vedic wisdom, and ancestral healing into an approach that is both deeply grounded and profoundly transformational.
I am an E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training and advanced study, currently completing my yoga therapy training. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, certified mindfulness coach, trauma-informed practitioner, somatic healing guide and Family Constellations facilitator trained through a Mestiza Mexica lens. My studies continue through Vedic philosophy, yogic science, meditation, chanting, energetic healing, and the deeper relationship between body, spirit, lineage, and consciousness.
But more than any credential, I trust the authority of lived experience.
I have done this work within my own lineage. I have witnessed what happens when inherited pain is finally met with presence instead of silence. I have built my life around sacred rhythm and watched my body, relationships, energy and purpose reorganize themselves in response.
I teach from embodiment and devotion, not information and devotion.
This is not work I simply studied.
It is work I have lived.
And that difference can be felt.
Not a project to optimize. Not a record of what happened to you. Not a body to discipline into submission. A sacred and intelligent living system that has been waiting to be tended with the depth of care it has always deserved.
Living Altar is the practice of that tending.
Over six months, we work through the body, nervous system, lineage, energy field, and spirit using the wisdom of Vedic science, yoga philosophy, somatic healing, mindfulness, energy medicine, and ancestral work, woven together into one living and deeply embodied practice.
An altar is not a decoration. It is a living, breathing site of devotion, where the sacred meets the physical, where the visible and invisible are honored alike. It is where offerings are made, where ancestors are remembered, where transformation is invited through reverence rather than force.
Your life is that altar.
The Living Altar Mentorship
in Living Altar we will walk through a complete path back to your innate wholeness.
Vedic science and yoga philosophy provide the cosmological framework; the understanding of prana, the doshas, the subtle body, sacred timimg, and the nature of consciousness.
Somatic healing and yoga therapy bring that wisdom into the physical body, the nervous system, the tissue, the places where survival patterns have been held. This is where transformation can be felt and integrated.
Mindfulness coaching and inner child healing provides the quality of conscious awareness that makes all of it stick; the capacity to observe, to choose, to build new patterns rather than simply release old ones
Sacred scheduling and cyclical living create the structure to sustain what has been rebuilt, allowing your life to move in rhythm with nature rather than in opposition to it.
Reiki and energy medicine address what lives in the subtle body, the energetic patterns, the chakras, where so much of what we carry exists before it becomes physical symptom.
Family constellations and ancestral healing address what no individual practice can reach alone; patterns that arrived before you were born and that live in the lineage asking to be seen with compassion and released with reverence.
The Six Month Arcā ā
Each month moves through a different layer; building on what came before, deepening what is already present, weaving everything into a practice that is genuinely yours by the time we close at the Winter Solstice.
Month 1 ā The Body Speaks We begin with the physical body, where healing becomes real. Through somatic healing, yoga therapy, trauma-informed movement, and nervous system work, we learn to listen to what the body has been communicating, sometimes for years. You will also explore your unique constitution through Ayurveda, Vedic astrology and Human Design so the practices throughout the container can become deeply personal rather than one-size-fits-all.
Month 2 ā The Breath of Life We move into prana, the life force that bridges the physical and subtle body. Through pranayama, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices, the breath becomes medicine, emotional release, and a pathway back to presence and vitality.
Month 3 ā The Energy Field We enter the subtle body. Chakras as lived experience rather than abstract theory. Reiki and energetic healing as practices of sensitivity, sovereignty, grounding, and restoration. Mindfulness becomes the quality of attention that allows deeper transformation to take root.
Month 4 ā The Lineage We go to the root. Family constellations through a Mestiza Mexica lens - where indigenous Mexican cosmology and systemic healing meet to address what lives in the ancestral field. Inner child healing rooted in somatic awareness. The Vedic understanding of ancestral karma and how it moves through lineages. We find what you have been carrying that was never yours and we put it down with love and ceremony.
Month 5 ā Sacred Rhythms We establish how you will live from here. Sacred scheduling rooted in Vedic astrology and planetary timing. Lunar living as a genuine organizing principle of daily life. Ayurvedic rhythms, Yoga Nidra, yin yoga, rest, and cyclical awareness become part of the foundation that sustains your healing long after the container ends.
Month 6 ā Living the Altar We integrate and embody everything we have built together. The body, the nervous system, the lineage, the energetic field, the spiritual practice, the daily rhythms, all woven into a way of living that is deeply your own. For practitioners and space holders, we also explore how this work can be shared ethically and authentically within your own offerings.
We close together at the Winter Solstice with ceremony.

Who This Is For
This is for you if you have been doing healing work - in any tradition - and know that something deeper is asking to be reached.
This is for those who have already been walking the path of healing, in any tradition, and know there is still something deeper asking to be reached.
For those longing for a more sacred relationship with the body, with daily life, and with the unseen intelligence moving beneath both.
For yoga practitioners, meditators, and spiritual seekers who no longer want healing to remain conceptual or surface-level, but rooted in true embodiment.
For healers, teachers, and space holders who understand that the depth of what we offer others can only meet the depth we have first entered within ourselves.
For those who sense something unfinished in the lineage: a pattern, grief, silence, burden, or story that is ready to be met at its source rather than endlessly managed at the symptom.
For those who have explored many modalities separately and wondered what becomes possible when they are woven together into one living, coherent practice over time.
And perhaps most of all, this is for the person who felt something while reading these words and recognizes that feeling as truth.
This is not a quick fix, nor a collection of techniques to consume and move on from. It is a six-month lived experience that asks for your genuine presence, not the performance of healing, but the willingness to be changed by it.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No prior experience is required. Some participants arrive deeply immersed in these practices, while others are encountering them for the first time. What matters most is not how much you already know, but your genuine readiness to go deeper.
All practices are taught in a grounded and accessible way, with space for each person to meet the work exactly where they are.
-
If you are already a yoga teacher, healer, or practitioner, this work will deepen the very foundation from which you guide others.
Many of the most devoted participants in containers like this are already space holders themselves, people who understand through experience that the depth of what we offer others can only meet the depth of our own embodiment and personal practice.
The final phase of Living Altar explores how this synthesis can be integrated ethically, sustainably and authentically into the way you live, practice, and serve.
-
Every live call is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours for you to revisit in your own time.
The live sessions offer a deeper sense of connection, community, and shared experience, but Living Altar was created with the understanding that healing must exist within the reality of a full human life.
You are not expected to perform perfect participation here. Your sincere presence, in whatever form is genuinely available to you, is enough.
-

Yes. Both full payment and payment plan options are available under the investment section.
If you need a different arrangement, you are welcome to reach out directly. I want this work to be accessible for the women who are genuinely called to it, while also honoring the depth, time, and energy this container requires.
-
Living Altar is a trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware container designed to honor the pace of true integration rather than force transformation before the body is ready for it.
The work is guided with deep care, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and strong energetic boundaries. You will always be invited into choice, self-responsibility, and discernment within your own process.
While meaningful healing can sometimes bring emotions, memories, or patterns to the surface, this container is built around support, embodiment, grounding, and sustainable pacing rather than overwhelm or emotional intensity for its own sake.
-
Living Altar is not a certification program or a healing course in the traditional sense. It is a six-month lived experience, a ceremonial container structured around the lunar cycle and the solstice arc, where Vedic wisdom, somatic healing, energy medicine, mindfulness, and ancestral work are woven together in service of deep and lasting transformation.
Rather than offering healing as something to consume or achieve, Living Altar is designed to reorganize the way you relate to your body, your energy, your lineage, and your life itself.
