Working with me might mean we meet once a week for mindfulness coaching (check in, short meditation, and explore the issue you need coaching with). After a few sessions having a reiki session for a boost and re-set in energy.

Perhaps you don’t have a connection with your body or emotions, or you’ve just gone through a stressful situation, we would start with a somatic healing session. This would include in intake of current state and then a tailored plan with appropriate movement, breathwork and mindfulness practices for your journey.

Small groups might come to me for a curated one hour experience that includes 20 min of yoga, 20 min of breathwork and 20 min of a relaxing sound bath.
